I got 2 Icelandic sheep last week! They're a primitive breed brought to Iceland by Vikings over 1000 years ago. They are smart and have retained much of their wild ancestors instincts, because they were mostly turned out into the wild to fend for themselves, and then rounded up once a year for meat and shearing.
