Roman Dead is now open! Visit Museum of London Docklands from 10am today to see the first exhibition to explore how Roman London commemorated death. Within this free exhibition you will have the chance to see a rare Roman sarcophagus, shown here being very carefully installed into the museum space. The 'Southwark sarcophagus' will be on display for the first time ever and has raised international excitement as only the third of its kind found in London in recent years. https://www.museumoflondon
